What is a preorder?

A preorder item is an item you purchase before it is ready to ship. This allows you to secure your item before stock is available or while it is being made.

How long do preorders take?

Our current estimated turnaround time for preorder items such as blankets and bedding sets is 3-4 weeks unless otherwise stated in the product description. Our preorder bamboo pyjama sets estimated turnaround time is around 8 weeks.

Please note this is an estimate and can occasionally change due to supplier delays or  shipping delays.

Ordering in-stock and preorder items together

If your order contains both preorder and ready-to-ship items, your full order will be shipped together once the preorder item is ready.

If you need ready-to-ship items sooner, please place a separate order.

Will I receive updates?

Yes! We will keep you updated via email and/or social media if there are any significant delays or updates regarding your preorder.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Can I cancel my preorder?

Preorders may only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.

After this time, cancellations may not be possible as materials or stock may already have been ordered.
