Turnaround Time

Our current turnaround time is approximately up to 2 weeks for all ready-to-ship and standard orders.

Please note this is the time needed to process, make, pack, and dispatch your order—it does not include shipping/transit time.

If your order contains preorder items, turnaround times may be longer. Please check the product description or our Preorders page for more information.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

UK Shipping: 1–3 working days
International Shipping: 5–15+ working days

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the courier and customs processing.

International Shipping

Yes, we do ship internationally 🌍

Please note that we are a UK-based business, so international orders may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country.

These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the buyer.

The courier will usually contact you via email or text with details on how to pay these fees before delivery.

If these fees are not paid, your parcel may be returned to us. In this case, we are unable to offer a refund for the order.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a little time for tracking updates to appear after receiving your dispatch email.

Delays

While we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delays can occasionally happen due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Postal/courier delays
  • Customs delays for international orders
  • Public holidays or peak seasons

We are not responsible for delays once parcels have been handed over to the courier.

Please note that while we always do our best to dispatch orders within our stated turnaround times and shipping estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

If you need your order for a particular occasion or deadline, we recommend ordering well in advance. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances, and we are unable to offer refunds if your parcel does not arrive in time for a specific date.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is believed to be lost, please contact us with your order number and any relevant photos/details so we can help.
